Horizon Greenwood offers a limited number of income-qualified apartments as part of our community commitment. Select units are designated for residents who meet the program’s income limits and program rules. If you believe you may qualify, please review the eligibility requirements and submit the required documentation. Availability is limited and priority is given to qualified applicants who complete the application process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Household income must meet program limits for designated unit sizes (income limits vary by household size).
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible immigrant and provide valid ID.
- Must pass standard credit and background screening in accordance with program rules.
- Proof of income and asset documentation required (pay stubs, tax returns, benefit statements).
- All household members 18+ must complete application and consent to verifications.
